Khara | PS4Blog.net
We’re working on a review for Khara on PlayStation 4, so I got in touch with Spanish indie team DNA Softworks to talk about the game’s development for Sony’s home console.
PS4Blog: Good morning! Thank you for joining us today at PS4Blog.net Could you please introduce yourself to our readers and tell them a bit about your work?
My name is Elena Guzman Sanchez y and I’m the Game Designer and Producer at DNA Softworks. The work of a Game Designer is one long constant, from pre-production to when the game is released. We present the narrative, design and prototype ideas that we then implement as gameplay mechanics. In particular, I’ve also worked on implementing sound game, localization and combat design in Khara. As Producer mi role is to also implement the right production pipeline and make sure that deadlines are met. This is a task I share with Muñoz Romero, Game Programmer and Producer at DNA Softworks.
We’re a small development team and because of this we each need to take care of several tasks. I’ve also worked as Social Media Manager/Strategist, Marketing Manager, and have handled PR and Communications for the studio.
