CloverPit: Unholy Fusion is a new DLC pack that brings us some extra content for the beloved roguelite slots experience. Along with bringing the game to Nintendo’s current-gen console – as well as to Nintendo Switch as a separate purchase – Future Friends Games and Panik Arcade have also released the Unholy Fusion DLC pack.

With that out of the way, let’s talk about the CloverPit: Unholy Fusion DLC and the new content we’re getting. After installing the CloverPit: Unholy Fusion DLC, you’ll notice a rather grotesque device has been added to the room: the Surgery Machine! It’s thanks to this new contraption that you’ll be able to take the charms you can use and Frankenstein them into a single, more powerful charm that combines effects, adding new synergies and new ways to abuse the gameplay systems as you try to break the machine and get enough coins to pay what’s due each round.
Having the Surgery Machine completely changes how you play, since you can now take the different charms that are up for purchase and mix them up in the device and see what pops up from it. There are 30 fusion charms for you to exploit, so that you can hopefully get enough coins to be able to pay what you owe each round… or else! And to spice things up, the CloverPit: Unholy Fusion DLC also includes 10 new charms, 4 symbol modifiers, 7 memory cards, and even a special, secret finale.
You won’t be able to use the Surgery Machine right away, since you’ll first need to unlock the drawers by reaching the trickier deadlines that require thousands of coins and for you to really get the hang of how to make the most of each pull on the slot machine. As a bonus, said drawers can be used to store some charms so that you can mix and match and change your loadout on the fly!

This one adds a Surgery Machine you can use to fuse charms, 10 new charms, 30 fusion charms, 4 symbol modifiers, 7 memory cards, as well as a secret finale… that we won’t be spoiling here, since it’s most certainly secret!
Oh, and don’t forget to pick up the phone if you hear it ringing! Picking up and talking to your captor will allow you to pick from one of the available bonus perks that can help you. One of them is Please Don’t Throw My Stuff Away, which will permanently increase charm’s space by 1. Another example is I’m Sure the Value Will Rise!, which adds the speculative trait to a random Lucky Charm you have equipped, thus granting +3 to your interest rate. Mixing these bonuses with the effects from the Surgery Machine will completely change how you approach each of your runs! The CloverPit: Unholy Fusion DLC is available with a $2.99 price tag.
