Peppa Pig: World Adventures from Outright Games and Petoons Studio, in partnership with Hasbro, is ready for you on PlayStation. As the name suggests, you’ll be experiencing a new trip with Peppa Pig and her family around the world. You’ll visit New York, Paris, Australia, London, and other locations. Considering the look and feel of the source material, making a game about Peppa Pig, her family, and friends on consoles look and feel similar to the source material is something that the developers managed to nail – just look at the screens and trailer in this Peppa Pig: World Adventures review!
You’ll be taking on the role of a friend of Peppa Pig, so you’ll be able to create an anthropomorphic character based on a cat, a goat, a kangaroo, and more. You’ll even get a chance to add your other family members to the game and will get to live in Peppa Pig’s neighborhood! You can decorate your house with the souvenirs collected during your many trips around the world. This is a wholesome Rated E for Everyone journey that fans of all ages are going to enjoy on PlayStation.
You’ll control the character you’ve created by using the left analog stick or the D-Pad. The X button can be used to interact with objects or characters as needed. This could include pressing a button to operate an elevator to climb to the top of a skyscraper in New York, collecting decorations from a variety of stalls to decorate a Christmas tree while in Germany, or even piloting an underwater contraption to locate a sunken treasure chest while visiting Australia!
The game has a full trophy list with a Platinum trophy for you to work on. If you own a PlayStation 5 console, you can download both the PlayStation 4 and the PlayStation 5 versions of the game, thanks to this one being a Cross-Buy release. The list includes a pair of Silver trophies and 10 Gold trophies. What will you need to do to add a new Platinum to your collection? Some of your objectives will include going up the skyscraper in New York, decorating the Christmas tree in Germany, playing football on the beach in Barcelona, making a delicious Italian pizza, and getting eight souvenirs during your worldwide travels.
