Atlus has now confirmed a new RPG coming to PS4 and Vita this fall! This new game will be called “Citizens of Earth“, and I’m sure that after watching the trailer, you’ll understand what I mean about the game’s very strong Earthbound vibe!
This game comes to life after an unsuccessful kickstarter campaign that failed to reach the requested 100K of pledges.
I didn’t hear about this game before this recent announcement, but I’m very happy that we’ll get to play Citizens of Earth because it looks awesome!

You’ve just been elected Vice President of the World–what do you do now? Why, recruit your mother, brother, and 40 other Citizens of Earth to fight for you, of course!
Being the Vice President of the World means asking not what you can do for your countrymen, but what your countrymen can do for you!
The retro-inspired game begins just after the VP has won a long, drawn-out candidacy and returned to his hometown for some taxpayer-funded rest and relaxation. But after just one night passes, the VP awakens to find the world gone berserk!
