Metal Gear Solid director Hideo Kojima, just announced live from GDC, that Metal Gear Solid V is both Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes and The Phantom Pain combined. There has been no mention of it coming to the PS4 yet, however since the Fox engine is a next gen engine, we can definitely expect it.
