It’s been a long break from the podcast but that was due to vacations and work schedules. Luckily there wasn’t a bunch of things that happened during the weeks we were gone, so we’re at least able to get into the big things like Destiny 2, a little Persona 5, speculating about Scorpio, and if there will be iterative consoles in the future.
Another week without being able to get into spoiler discussions about Horizon. I’m telling you all it’s getting really difficult having to wait on Isli and Xya to start it, but I can’t rush them and of course there were other games that launched which got in the way. Hopefully it’ll be some time soon, before the small details start to fade! Though I suppose the one up side is that it’ll give you more time to finish the game, in case you weren’t quite there yet.
It’s another delayed episode because unfortunately there was a bit of an audio issue from Isli’s end. I tried my best to filter out as much noise as I could, but this is the best I’ll be able to get it without shelling out for better software. It’s a bit unfortunate but I think I got it to at least an acceptable level.
There wasn’t much news this week so we speculate what we might see at E3. I also get into Horizon Zero Dawn a bit, though no one else has started it yet so I couldn’t get into any spoiler talk. I’ve since finished the game and now I’m working on the platinum.
What about you? How are you enjoying Horizon? Let us know in the comments below!
It’s a delayed episode of the podcast seeing as it was recorded a week ago, unfortunately due to being under the weather, not being able to edit it as quickly, and going on vacation, but here it is! Luckily not much happened when we had recorded so the majority of the podcast is discussions that won’t be too out of date.
It was another slow week in news, at the time of this podcast’s recording, but luckily we do get to go into some details about what exactly Boost Mode on the PS4 Pro does for non-patched games.
I also get to discuss my time with the Ghost Recon Wildlands closed beta and my initial impressions. I’m definitely interested in seeing how that games shapes up by release.
Did any of you try Wildlands? Have played around with Boost Mode? Let us know your thoughts in the comments below!
