PS4 Games & Software
It was a long wait made a bit more tolerable after getting two episodes at once at launch, but a new episode for The Walking Dead – A New Frontier is now available for PS4!
We have the new trailer for the latest episode from this Telltale Games series. As you can probably guess by now, clicking on the trailer below or reading after the break will bring you straight into spoiler territory, so be ready!
We’re currently playing Snake Pass for a review (that will be going live tomorrow!), so we got in touch with Sumo Digital to talk about the game’s development and release for Sony’s PlayStation 4.
PS4Blog: Hi! Thank you for joining us at PS4blog.net. Would you mind introducing yourself to our readers?
Hi! My name is Brad and I am one of the Design Leads on Snake Pass here at Sumo Digital.
PS4B: Snake Pass is finally available on PlayStation 4. What can you tell us about this game? What makes its snake tick?
Snake Pass is a physics-based, puzzle-platform game where you take control of Noodle the snake. What makes this unique is that, as a snake, you don’t move around the level as perhaps a Bandicoot, Lombax or Raccoon might – you can’t jump, you can only slither! This means even moving forward is a completely new experience to get to grips with, so when you have to climb a thing, how do you even do that? Think like a snake!
When it comes to Hideo Kojima and his upcoming game, there is no shortage of rumors or hype that floats the project. Recently, an image that appears to bear the likeness of Emma Stone has been uploaded to 4chan, the website where all kinds of rumors always seem to pop up.
Nevertheless it does draw to the speculation that Kojima is indeed possibly casting the said actress because of his tweets about La La land, and a random tweet talking about meeting his “favorite actress for 10 years.” You can find all of said tweets in his account.
Artifex Mundi is releasing Nightmares from the Deep 2: The Siren’s Call on PlayStation 4 today! We reviewed the game’s prequel right here, and we definitely look forward to doing the same for this new release soon!
We’re currently playing SkyKeepers to bring you a review, so we got in touch with studio lead Brant Stutheit at Sword Twin Studios to talk about the game’s development for the PS4.
PS4Blog: Hi! Good to have you with us this morning at PS4blog.net. Could you please tell our readers a bit about yourself and your role at Sword Twin Studios?
Hi! Thanks for having us on PS4blog.net! My name is Brant Stutheit and I am the studio lead over at Sword Twin Studios. What that means for SkyKeepers is I handle most of the combat and gameplay design as well as programming those abilities into the game. I also organize and manage the team to ensure that we are going to hit our deadlines and keep the project true to its original vision.
