Earlier this week, we reached a new milestone at PS4Blog.net: over 2,500 posts published!
This site was initially been founded by Tosh back in February 2013, soon after the PlayStation 4 was revealed. Back then the information about the PlayStation 4 was scarce, so we decided to dive in and add our own opinions on this console… and here we are a few years later with over 2,500 posts and counting!
The Nintendo press conference for fully unveiling the Switch console to the world happened a few days ago. After watching everything live, I took a few days to mull things over. In my opinion, it was not a good first showing for Nintendo, and I think they could take a page from Sony to improve on this.
Yesterday, I finished the new Ratchet and Clank (2016) game that released a few weeks ago on the PlayStation 4. I’ve been a fan of the Ratchet and Clank franchise since the second one released way back on the PlayStation 2, and I purchased every game of this franchise ever since on launch day!
I loved playing through this new iteration and wondered what made this game so great, and why everyone should play it. Read below for my thoughts on how great this game is!
With PS2 Emulation on the Playstation 4 hardware now being a real thing, thus allowing us to enjoy some of the best games released on the PS2 console on our modern consoles, it is a great time to take replay some of our beloved classics, so I’ve decided to replay Rogue Galaxy – one of the best PS2 RPGs – that was originally released very late in the PS2 cycle back in 2006… which means that many players didn’t get to play this gem. Essentially, this is my Rogue Galaxy PS4 review.
We have been waiting for Fallout 4 for years now.
Fallout New Vegas was released on October 19, 2010. That was when we last got to enter the Wasteland. New Vegas wasn’t even developed by Bethesda, who DID develop Fallout 3 (release in October 2008). You can argue over which is the better game (Fallout: New Vegas), but what we can all agree on is that we are long overdue to arise once again from the Vault and explore the wasteland.
