PlayStation Plus Update For November- PlayStation 4 Edition

PlayStation Plus Update For November- PlayStation 4 Edition
the_nmac

Huge month for PlayStation Plus on PS4 because, thanks to the Cross-buy titles included for November, we will have four free PlayStation Plus games on the console! See what’s included this month by checking the list below.

Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture Regular Price: $19.99; Free for PS Plus members

Everybody’s Gone to the Rapture™ tells the story of the inhabitants of a remote English valley who are caught up in world-shattering events beyond their control or understanding. Made by The Chinese Room – the studio responsible for the hauntingly beautiful Dear Esther – this tale of how people respond in the face of grave adversity is a non-linear, open-world experience that pushes innovative interactive storytelling to the next level.
Over the course of the game, the player slowly pieces together the fate of the valley from the fragmentary memories of the people who made it their home. By finding and interacting with the traces of these lost lives, the player gradually learns about the stories and relationships of the inhabitants – how they lived, and how they died. All this is accomplished through revolutionary environmental storytelling – what you see and hear in Rapture is just as important as what you do.

The Deadly Tower of Monsters Regular Price: $14.99; Free for PS Plus members

Green screen! Lasers! And a tower full of deadly monsters!
When Dick Starspeed crash lands his rocket on the planet of Gravoria, he’ll have to fight through dinosaurs, nukular ants, and other skilled, costumed stuntmen to make it up the deadly tower of monsters.

Be amazed by the state-of-the-art effects, including stop-motion, rotoscope, image compositing, and even some elaborate costumes covered in real fur! With three incredible movie stars playing out decidedly B-level sci-fi exploits, Dick Starspeed, Scarlet Nova, and Robot will have you ready to jump off the side of the tower—right into adventure! Gather your courage and prepare to face off against the more than half-a-hundred monsters that will try and stop your ascension up THE DEADLY TOWER OF MONSTERS!

Four games for PS4 certainly make this a great month! We actually had the opportunity to review most of them as well. EdEN reviewed The Deadly Tower of Monsters and liked it! I reviewed Pumped BMX+ and thought it was a fun BMX stunt game! Finally, Tracey reviewed Letter Quest Remastered and enjoyed it quite a bit.

While we didn’t review it for the site, I did actually play Everybody’s Gone To The Rapture and liked it a lot. My main sticking point was the speed of your character when moving around – that being said they did have some weird running controls built in that were not explained and added how to use them in a later update for the game.

It’s a great month with a great lineup, and hopefully a sign of how things are going to improve for PlayStation Plus with its price increase. What are your thoughts and what do you hope to see for the service in the future? Let us know in the comments below!
